Account of Creation, Part III, Genesis Chapter 1

Then God said, “Let the waters swarm with fish and other life. Let the skies be filled with birds of every kind.” So God created great sea creatures and everything living that scurries and swarms in the water, and every sort of bird-each producing offspring of the same kind. And God saw that it was good. Then God blessed them, saying, “Be fruitful and multiply. Let the fish fill the seas , and let the birds multiply on the earth.”

And evening passed and morning came, marking the fifth day.

Then God said, “Let the earch produce every sort of animal, each producing offspring of the same kind-livestock, small animals that scurry along the ground, and wild animals. And that is what happened. God made all sorts of wild animals, livestock, and small animals, each able to produce offspring of the same kind. And God saw that it was good.

Then God said, “Let us make human beings in our image, to be like us. They will reign over the fish in the sea, the birds in the sky, the livestock, all the wild animals on the earth, and the small animals that scurry along the ground.

So God created human beings in His own image. I the image of God he created them; male and female he created them.

Then God blessed them and said, “Be fruitful and multiply. Fill the earth and govern it. Reign over the fish in the sea, the birds in the sky, and all the animals that sucrry along the ground.”

Then God said, “Look! I have given you every seed-bearing plant throughout the earth and all the fruit trees for your food. And I have given every green plant as food for all the wild animals, the birds in the sky, and the small animals that scurry along the ground-everything that has life. And this is what happened.

Then God looked over all He had made, and He saw that it was very good!

And evening passed and morning came, marking the sixth day. (vv. 20-31, NLT)

The Account of Creation, Part II, Genesis Chapter 1

Then God said, “Let the waters beneath and the sky flow together into one place, so dry ground may appear. ” And that is what happened. God called the dry ground “land” and the waters “seas.” And God saw that it was good. Then God said, “Let the land sprout with vegetation-every sort of seed-bearing plant, and trees that grow seed-bearing fruit. These seeds will then produce the kinds of plants and trees from which they came.” And that is what happened. The land produced vegetation-all sorts of seed-bearing plants and the trees with seed-bearing fruit. Their seeds produced plants and trees of the same kind. And God saw that it was good.

And evening passed and morning came, marking the third day.

Then God said, “Let lights appear in the sky to separate the day from the night. Let them be signs to mark the seasons, days, and years. Let these lights in the sky shine down on the earth.” And that is what happened. God made two great lights-the larger one to govern the day, and the smaller one to govern the night. He also made the stars. God set these lights i the sky to light up the earth, to govern the day and night, and to separate the light from the darkness. And God saw that it was good.

And evening passed and morning came, marking the fourth day. (vv. 9-19, NLT)

The Account of Creation, Part 1, Genesis Chapter 1

In the beginning, God created the heaven and earth. The earth was formless and empty, and darkness covered the deep waters. And the Spirit of God was hovering over the surface of the waters.

Then God said, “Let there be light,” and there was light. And God saw that the light was good. Then God separated the light from the darkness. God called the light “day” and the darkness “night.”

And the evening passed and morning came, marking it the first day.

Then God said, “Let there be a space between the waters, to separate the waters of the heavens from the waters of the earth. And this is that is what happened. God made the this space to separate the waters of the heavens. God called this space “sky.”

And evening passed and morning came, marking the second day. (vv. 1-9, NLT)

Jesus is Coming, Part 2, Revelation Chapter 22

The Spirit and the bride say, “Come.” Let anyone who hears this say, “Come.” Let anyone who is thirst come. Let anyone who desires drink freely from the water of life. And I solemnly declare to everyone who hears the words of prophesy written in this book: If anyone adds anything to what is written here, God will add that person to the plagues described in this book. If anyone removes any of the words from this book of prophesy, God will remove that person’s share in the tree of life and in the holy city that are described in this book.

He who is the faithful witness to all these things says, “Yes I am coming soon!”

“Amen! Come Lord Jesus!

May the grace of the Lord Jesus be with God’s holy people. (vv. 17-21, NLT)

Jesus is Coming, Part 1, Revelation Chapter 22

“Look, I am coming soon! Blessed are those who obey this words of prophecy written this book.”

I, John, am the one who heard and saw all these things. And when I heard and saw them, I fell down to worship at the feet of the angel who showed me. But he said, “No, don’t worship me. I am a servant of God, just like you and your brothers and prophets, as well as all who obey what is written this book. Worship only God! “

Then he instructed me, “Do not seal up the prophetic words of this book, for the time is near. Let the one who is doing harm continue to do harm; let the one who is vile continue to be vile; let the one who is righteous continue to live righteously; let the one who is holy continue to be holy.”

“Look, I am coming soon, bringing My reward with me to repay all the people according to their deeds. I am the Alpha and the Omega, the First and the Last, the Beginning and the End.”

“Blessed are those who wash their robes. They will be permitted to enter through the gates of the city and eat from the fruit form the tree of life. Outside the city are dogs-the sorcerers, the sexually immoral, the murders, the idol worshipers, and all who love to live a lie.”

“I, Jesus, have sent my angel to give you this message for the churches. I am both the source of David and the heir to His throne. I am the bright and morning star.” (vv 7-16, NLT)

The New Jerusalem, Part III, Revelation Chapter 22

Then the angel showed me a river with the water of life, clear as crystal, flowing from the throne of God and of the Lamb. It flowed down the center of the main street. On each side of the river grew a tree of life, bearing twelves crops of fruit, with a fresh crop every month. The leaves were used for medicine to heal the nations.

No longer will there be a curse upon anything. For the throne of God and of the Lamb will be there, and His servants will worship Him. And they will see His face, and HIs name will be written on their foreheads. And there will be no night there- no need for the lamps or the sun-for the Lord God will shine on them. And they will reign forever and ever.

Then the angel said to me, “Everything you have heard and seen is trustworthy and true. The Lord God, who inspires His prophets, has sent His angel to tell His servants what will happen soon.” (vv 1-6, NLT)

The New Jerusalem, Part 3, Revelation Chapter 21

The wall was made of jasper, and the city was pure gold, as clear as glass. The wall of the city was built on foundation stones inlaid with the twelve precious stones: the first was jasper, the second sapphire, the third agate, the fourth emerald, the fifth onyx, the sixth carnelian, the seventh chrysolite, the eighth beryl, the ninth topaz, the tenth chrysoprase, the eleventh jacinth, and the twelfth amethyst.

The twelve gates were made of pearls-each gate from a single pearl! And the main gate was pure gold, as clear as glass.

I saw no temple in the city, for the Lord God Almighty and the Lamb are its temple. And the city has no need of sun or moon, for the glory of God illuminates the city, and the Lamb its light. The nations will walk in its light and the kings of the world will enter the city in all their glory. The gates will never be closed at the end of the day because there is no night there. And all the nations will bring their glory and honor into the city. Nothing evil will be allowed to enter, nor anyone who practices shameful idolatry and dishonesty-but only those whose names are written in the Lamb’s Book of Life. (vv. 18-27, NLT)

The New Jerusalem, Part 2, Revelation Chapter 21

One of the seven angels who held the seven bowls containing the seven last plagues came to me and said, “Come with me! I will show you the bride, the wife of the Lamb.:

So he took me in the Spirit to a great, high mountain, and he showed me the holy city, Jerusalem, descending out of heaven from God. It shone with the glory of God and sparkled like a precious stone-like jasper as clear as crystal. The city wall was broad and high, with twelve gates guarded by twelve angels. And the names of the twelve tribes of Israel were written on the gates. There were three gates on each side-east, north, south, and west. The city wall had twelve foundation stones, and on the were written the names of the twelve apostles of the Lamb.

The angel who talked to me held in his hand a gold measuring stick to measure the city, its gates, and its wall. When he measured it, he found it was a square, as wide as it was long. In fact, its length and width and height were each 1,400 miles. Then he measured and found them to be 126 feet thick (*according to the human standard used by the angel). (vv. 9-18, NLT)

The New Jerusalem, Part 1, Revelation Chapter 21

Then I saw a new heaven and a new earth, for the old heaven and the old earth had disappeared. And the sea was also gone. And I saw the holy city, the new Jerusalem, coming down from God out of heaven like a bride beautifully dressed for her husband.

I heard a loud shout from the throne saying, ” Look! God’s home is now among His people! He will live with them, and they will be His people. God Himself will be with them. He will wipe away every tear from their eyes, and there will be no more death or sorrow or crying or pain. All these things are gone forever.”

And the One sitting on the throne said, “Look, I am making everything new!: And then He said to me, “Write this down, for what I tell you is trustworthy and true.” And He also said, “It is finished! I am the Alpha and the Omega-the Beginning and the End. To all who are thirsty I will give freely from the springs of the water of life. All who are victorious will inherit all these blessings, and I will be their God, an they will be My children.”

“But cowards, unbelievers, the corrupt, murderers, the immoral, and all liars-their fate is in the fiery lake of burning sulfur. This is the second death.” (vv.1-8, NLT)

The Final Judgment, Revelation Chapter 20

And I was a great white throne and the One sitting on it. The earth and sky fled from His presence, but they found no place to hide. I saw the dead, both great and small, standing before God’s throne. And the books were opened, including the Book of Life. And the dead were judged according to what they had done, as recorded in the books. The sea gave up its dead, and death and the grave gave up their dead. And all were judged according to their deeds. Then death and the grave were thrown into the lake of fire. This lake of fire is the second death. Anyone whose name was not found recorded in the Book of Life was thrown into the lake of fire. (vv. 11-15, NLT)
